Can you send or ship fireworks?

No.

It is illegal to send fireworks via mail, courier, or freight anywhere in Australia.

The only exception is for approved remote Territory Day deliveries, which must be arranged in advance.

If you require this, please contact us clearly outlining your situation. We will assess requests on a case-by-case basis.

When can I buy fireworks?

Fireworks can only be sold:

• 1 July, Territory Day.
• Between 9:00am and 9:00pm.
• From our physical store in the Northern Territory.

We also offer pre-orders, typically opening in mid-June.

Pre-orders must be collected on 1 July between 9:00am and 9:00pm.

Do I need to live in the NT to buy fireworks?

No.

However:

• You must be physically present in the NT to collect your order.
• Fireworks must be used within legal NT timeframes, 6:00pm to 11:00pm on 1 July.
• It is illegal to transport fireworks outside the NT.

What payment methods do you accept?

Pre-orders:

• Credit card only, through secure online checkout.

In-store:

• Cash.
• EFTPOS.
• Most major cards.

Do you accept Afterpay or Basics Card?

No.

• Afterpay / Buy Now Pay Later: not offered due to high merchant fees.
• Basics Card: not supported due to operational and compliance restrictions.

When am I charged for my pre-order?

• Your card is pre-authorised at checkout.
• Payment is processed on Territory Day morning, as required by law.
• You may cancel prior to Territory Day with no charge.

Do you sell illegal fireworks, crackers, shells, or similar products?

Absolutely not.

We only supply legal, tested, compliant fireworks approved for sale in the Northern Territory.

Can I buy fireworks from another state?

No.

You must:

• Be in the NT.
• Purchase in person on 1 July.
• Use fireworks within NT legal guidelines.

All other circumstances are illegal.

• We aim to respond as quickly as possible.

Territory Day, 1 July, celebrates the Northern Territory gaining self-government in 1978.

• Fireworks are legally permitted for public use.
