Refunds & Returns Policy

🔥 Important Notice

Fireworks are regulated, seasonal, and hazardous goods.

Strict conditions apply to cancellations, refunds, and returns.

1. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, including:

• Incorrect product selection.
• No longer wanting the product.
• Failure to use or collect goods.

Please choose carefully before placing your order.

2. Pre-Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to Territory Day, before 5:00pm NT time on 28 June.
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
• Approved cancellations within this timeframe will receive a full refund or release of pre-authorisation.

3. Late Cancellations (After Cut-Off)

For cancellations after 28 June, 5:00pm NT time:

• We may attempt to resell your order.
• A restocking/resale fee may apply, typically minimum 50%.
• Any refund will be issued at our discretion.

4. Territory Day Sales (1 July)

From 9:00am on 1 July (Territory Day):

• All orders are considered final.
• No refunds or cancellations will be provided.
• This applies to both pre-orders and in-store purchases.

5. Uncollected Orders

• Orders must be collected by 9:00pm on Territory Day.
• Orders not collected within this timeframe are deemed forfeited.
• No refund or credit will be issued, unless otherwise agreed at management discretion.

6. Faulty or Defective Products

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if goods are:

• Faulty.
• Not fit for purpose.
• Not as described.

If you believe a product is defective:

• Contact us as soon as possible.
• Provide proof of purchase.
• Provide photos/details where possible.

We will assess the issue and may offer:

• Replacement product.
• Store credit.
• Refund, if required under law.

⚠️ Due to the nature of fireworks, individual performance variation does not automatically indicate a defect.

7. Product Substitutions

If a product becomes unavailable:

• We may offer a substitute of equal or greater value, or
• Provide a refund for the unavailable item.

8. Returns

Due to safety and legal restrictions:

• Fireworks cannot be returned once collected or taken from the premises.
• This includes unused products.

Exceptions apply only where required under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Payment Disputes / Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated:

• We reserve the right to provide all relevant order and communication records.
• Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.

10. Safety & Responsibility

Once goods are collected:

• You are fully responsible for storage, handling, and use.
• No refund or compensation is provided for:
  • Misuse.
  • Failure to follow safety instructions.
  • Damage caused after collection.
