Freedom Fireworks Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility & Legal Compliance

Due to regulatory restrictions on fireworks:

• You must be 18 years or older to purchase fireworks.
• You must comply with all Northern Territory and Australian laws.
• Sales are limited to legally approved periods, such as Territory Day.
• Fireworks must not be transported or used outside permitted jurisdictions.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service or sales.
• Cancel orders.
• Request identification.

3. Cancellation Policy

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required, by 5:00pm NT time on 28 June.
• Cancellation must be confirmed in writing.

For cancellations after Territory Day commencement:

• We may attempt to resell your order.
• You may be charged restocking/resale costs, generally minimum 50% of order value.

4. Refunds & Returns

• No refunds are provided once Territory Day sale period has commenced, from 9:00am 1 July.
• Uncollected orders are considered forfeited.
• Refunds for unavailable stock:
  • Replacement product of equal or greater value will be offered, or
  • A refund will be provided for unavailable items.

5. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, such as supply disruptions, we may:

• Substitute products with equal or greater value.
• Issue refunds where substitution is not possible.

6. Prohibited Transactions

We will not supply fireworks to any person who:

• Is under 18 years of age.
• Appears under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Behaves in a threatening or unsafe manner.
• Indicates intent to misuse fireworks or breach the law.

7. Safety & Liability Disclaimer

Fireworks are hazardous products and must be used responsibly.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree:

• You accept all risks associated with use.
• You will follow all safety instructions and legal requirements.
• Products are used at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freedom Fireworks is not liable for:

• Personal injury or death.
• Property damage.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
• Misuse or unlawful use of products.

Nothing in this clause excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

8. Website Use & Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability.
• Accuracy or completeness of content.
• Error-free operation.

You use this Site at your own risk.
