Dispatch & Collection Policy

🔥 Important Notice

Fireworks are classified as regulated dangerous goods and are subject to strict laws governing their sale, handling, and distribution.

Freedom Fireworks operates strictly in accordance with Northern Territory regulations.

1. Collection Only

All fireworks sold by Freedom Fireworks are strictly available for collection only.

• We do not offer delivery, shipping, courier, or freight services under any circumstances.
• All orders must be collected in person from our licensed premises in the Northern Territory.

2. Collection Date & Time

All orders, including pre-orders, must be collected:

• Date: 1 July (Territory Day)
• Time: Between 9:00am and 9:00pm
• Location: Freedom Fireworks store, Woolner NT

⚠️ Orders not collected within this timeframe will be deemed forfeited, and no refund or credit will be issued, unless otherwise approved at management discretion.

3. Pre-Orders

• Pre-orders may be made prior to Territory Day, typically from mid-June.
• Pre-orders are for reservation purposes only.
• All pre-orders must be collected in person on Territory Day.

No alternative collection dates or methods are available.

4. Identification & Verification

At the time of collection, customers may be required to:

• Provide valid photo identification.
• Confirm order details.
• Confirm compliance with all legal purchasing requirements.

Freedom Fireworks reserves the right to refuse to supply goods if legal requirements are not met.

5. Order Responsibility

Once goods have been collected:

• Full responsibility passes to the customer.
• Customers assume all responsibility for:
  • Safe handling.
  • Secure transport.
  • Storage and use.
  • Compliance with all applicable laws.

Freedom Fireworks accepts no responsibility for goods after collection.

6. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for checking their order at the time of collection.

If there is an issue:

• It must be raised before leaving the premises.
• We will attempt to resolve any discrepancies on the spot.

Freedom Fireworks is not responsible for issues reported after collection.

7. Availability & Delays

We aim to have all orders ready for collection as scheduled.

However, delays may occur due to:

• High demand.
• Stock availability.
• Operational circumstances beyond our control.

Where possible, we will communicate any significant delays.

8. Legal Compliance

By purchasing from Freedom Fireworks, you agree that:

• You will comply with all Northern Territory laws.
• Fireworks will be used only during legal periods.
• Fireworks will not be transported outside the Northern Territory.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in refusal of sale.
